Online Registration for Academic Program For Feeder Schools

Step 1:  Online registration details will be sent from YCDSB on Thursday November 26th to all students attending one of our Feeder Schools (Immaculate Conception, St. Gregory the Great, St. John Bosco, St. Gabriel the Archangel, St. Margaret Mary, Our Lady of Fatima, St. Padre Pio, St. Andrew, St. Stephen, St. Clare, St. Catherine of Siena).  

Our Student Activity Fee is $100 which includes a voluntary $5 Catholic School Council Fee .   

As of November 30th we have initiated the option of payment by e-transfer.  Payment may be made FOR REGISTRATIONS ONLY to fbh.payment@ycdsb.ca.  Use the password “FBH2021”.  When choosing the e-transfer option, please include the following information in the message box:

  • Indicate: “Student Activity Fee 2021/22”
  • Student’s full name
  • Student’s date of birth
  • Student’s Grade 8 school

Please submit a separate payment if applying for the AP Prep program (Indicate : “Ap Prep Program 2021/22).

Course selection will be completed at a later date. More information to follow.

*The deadline to submit the form and payment is Thursday, December 10th, 2020.*

Online Registration for Academic Program for Non-Feeder School Students living within School Boundary 

Step 1:  Please  download, print and complete the Registration Package which can be found on the YCDSB website.  

Step 2:  Please email the completed registration package along with a copy of 2 pieces of proof of residence from each category (1 of property tax bill/proof of purchase/rental or lease agreement and 1 of utility bill/phone bill  or other)  to lily.metallo@ycdsb.ca or you may drop off the completed package in the parcel box outside the school.

Registration for Academic Program Non-Feeder School Students Living Outside of School Boundary (Including non-YCDSB students)

Step 1:  Please  download, print  and complete the Registration Package which can be found on the YCDSB website.

**DO NOT USE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK ON THE WEBSITE.  DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION PACKAGE**

Please include a completed TCH19A.  You will need to print and complete this form.

Step 2:  Submit completed application to our parcel box  for Registrations for Academic Program Non-Feeder School students Out of School Boundary.

AP Prep Students Registering at Fr. Bressani CHS

Please note that you must complete a separate AP Prep package found at our Father Bressani CHS AP website.  

After January 4, 2021, packages are to  be dropped off in the secure parcel drop box outside the entrance to the school from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Please write your child’s name, OEN, feeder school and parent contact number on the cheque and place the entire package securely in an envelope.

From December 7, 2020 until January 3, 2021 please pay the AP Prep Fee via e-transfer.

The deadline for submission is January  15, 2021.  The registration package must be completed prior to submission of the AP package.  Students coming from YCDSB PACE schools are not required to fill out this package.

APPLICATION AND ENHANCEMENT FEES

Application Fee: $50

In addition there will be the following enhancement fees:

      • Grade 9 and 10 AP PREP Enhancement Fee: $150

      • *Grade 11 and 12 AP Enhancement Fee: $25 for each AP course up to a maximum of $100

*Note: This has changed from the previous flat fee of $100

The enhancement fee will be used to cover the cost of specialized equipment, electronic resources, specialized teacher support, materials from the AP College Board, guest speakers and administrative costs.
