Congratulations to our very own Gr 10 student from Father Bressani, Paleesa Kapoor and Tynen Wang, a grade 11 student, who are both 2021 NCWIT Aspirations in Computing award recipients. Paleesa and Tynen were selected from over 4,200 applicants from North America.
The NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing honours students in gr. 9 – 12 for their computing-related achievements and interests, and encourages them to pursue their passions. Award recipients are selected based on their aptitude and aspirations in technology and computing as demonstrated by their computing experience, computing-related activities, leadership experience, and plans for post-secondary education.
